Bobby Moir founded Moir Electric with a straightforward idea: give general contractors, developers, and building owners an electrical partner who shows up prepared, prices honestly, and finishes clean. Today he leads a company that self-performs power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems across commercial, multifamily, and residential work throughout Indiana.

Bobby stays close to the work. He holds the company's electrical licensing, sits in on preconstruction, and keeps direct lines open with the owners and project managers who trust Moir Electric with their schedules. His focus is building a contractor that scales without losing the responsiveness clients expect from a local shop — a philosophy that carried the company from its Fort Wayne roots into a second branch in Indianapolis.

Benny Scheidt runs the operational backbone of Moir Electric. From licensing and permitting compliance to certificates of insurance, bonding, billing, and lien waivers, he keeps the paperwork moving so crews never lose a day waiting on an inspection or an approval.

Benny also administers the company's field service platform, managing dispatch boards, technician accounts, and business-unit setup across both branches. When a customer calls in, a supplier needs a PO, or a GC needs closeout documentation, Benny is the person who makes it happen — and the reason field crews can focus on installation instead of administration.

Jared Wolfe leads Moir Electric's service division and small construction group. He oversees service sales, estimating, and delivery for the fast-turn work that keeps buildings running: troubleshooting and repairs, panel and service upgrades, lighting retrofits, tenant improvements, generator and EV charging installations, and code-correction work.

Jared's group is built around response time. He manages the dispatch pipeline, scopes and quotes work directly with customers, and holds the standing service agreements that give property managers and facility teams a single number to call. His approach is simple — diagnose it right the first time, explain the options in plain language, and stand behind the fix.

Max Wolfe oversees Moir Electric's large construction portfolio, from ground-up multifamily and hospitality projects to full-building renovations and commercial buildouts. He is responsible for project execution end to end: manpower planning, foreman assignments, material procurement and lead times, submittals and RFIs, coordination with the general contractor, and schedule performance.

Max came up through the field as a foreman, and it shows in how he runs jobs. He plans work around the sequence crews actually install in, keeps rough-in ahead of the GC's schedule, and manages change orders and closeout documentation so owners aren't chasing paperwork after energization. When a project has a hard turnover date, Max is the one accountable for hitting it.

Carter Grant leads Moir Electric's Indianapolis branch, bringing the company's full range of services to the central Indiana market. He is responsible for branch operations, staffing, client development, and project delivery across the region.

Carter's background is in estimating and preconstruction, which gives clients an advantage early: accurate takeoffs, realistic budgets, and constructability input before drawings are final. He was hands-on in standing up the Indianapolis operation — facility, fleet, licensing, and systems — and now serves as the local point of contact for general contractors, developers, and property owners who want a responsive electrical partner backed by an established statewide company.
